I’m so excited about this little llama! I have always loved llamas since I received a stuffed one as a gift from my Aunt who had bought it for me during a trip to Peru. (I called it my Llama Mama!) This ornament was inspired by that toy as well as the colorful embroidery and textiles of Peru.

Fa la la la llama can be made out of white felt, as shown or choose tan or light brown. The blanket is embroidered with several basic stitches. Floss is braided together to create the bridle and reins. Feel free to add as much embellishment as you’d like!

If you haven’t joined the Club and want to stitch along, you can join here at any time! You’ll receive all patterns that have been released up until the point that you register. New patterns come out every 2 weeks throughout October and November. Read more about it on this FAQ page.

Happy stitching!
