Happy July! Today the Seneca Creek Bag Pattern is now available in my Etsy shop! You may have remembered seeing this bag back in May as part of the Bag of the Month Club. The club has ended and the pattern is ready for purchase by non-club members, yay!
This handy convertible bag is perfect for your next outing, keeping your hands free. The main pouch has a zippered top, roomy enough for your daily essentials. The exterior has an envelope-style pleated pocket with a magnetic snap closure, and the interior has a zippered pocket to secure smaller items. The adjustable shoulder strap can be extended to convert to a cross body bag, waistpack, or removed so the bag can be carried as a clutch.

The club consensus is that the Seneca Creek Bag is a fairly quick sew and a versatile bag. As always, it was fun to see all of the amazing fabric combos and variations people came up with! I’ve been carrying mine now for 2 months and I love it! It’s just the right size for my bare essentials.

I don’t see the Seneca Creek Bag pattern in your Etsy shop. I would like to see the details. Thanks for posting the pictures of the bags that were made by other people, it’s nice to see what people choose.
All fixed! Sorry about that, the links in the post should work now.
I’ve been wearing mine about 2 months now too! It’s the first bag I’ve sewn that’s stood up to the everyday wear and tear that I put my bags thru. Great pattern, definitely my favorite.
