Just a quick post to let you know about a few things. There is a Sewing Green book give-away happening this week over at Craftstylish! While you are there, check out my interview about what inspired me to write the book. Friday they are featuring one of the projects from the book, my Reusable Sandwich Wrap. I provide a complete tutorial…for free! I’ll chat about that more on Friday.
P.S. Are you in the Raleigh NC area? I’ll be there teaching a workshop SOON! Please come and we’ll hang out! 🙂
Any Houston dates on the book tour? Would LOVE to see you!
I’ll keep the blog sidebar updated with dates. So far no Houston, mostly east coast. Thanks for asking!
HI Betz, I bought one of your little bird pouches at the CL Fair in Chicago back in 2006- it’s still one of my favorite things I have ever bought my daughter- thank you! Kristin Smith (Hawksrunjournal.blogspot.com)
I live in Greenville, only one hour from Raliegh, when I read about your workshop, I let out a whoop, that startled my husband, I am excited!!!!!!!!!!!planning to be there.

Hi Betz,
I bought a copy of your book last week from your shop. Just wanted to let you know that I got it and couldn’t be happier. I absolutely LOVE it!

I am planning a summer trip to Raleigh, it would be so cool if I could be there when you are, who knows? Your book is so so fabulous, I’m loving it and I think the sandwich wrap is first on my list.
HAY!!! I JUST opened your book, which arrived yesterday! It is so wonderful, Betz, I am so proud of you! You must be over the moon. I really love it!!!!!!!!! I have two yapping little dogs under my feet and my oven timer just rang, but I just wanted to say congratulations and I hope all is well! Love, alicia (Sorry — email still not, you know . . . )
Hi Betz from Japan!
I’m enjoying your crafts
and also saw the video.
I tried making a cupcake
and a teacup cushion.
Thank you.
That bird pouch is adorable!
Hey Betz, I have registered for your Raleigh class on Saturday, and I will be attending with my friend Karen. See you then.
