The next pattern to share with you from my Make New or Make Do™ sewing pattern line is for the Reversible Bucket Hat. Look familiar? The original was actually the first of the series that I began offering about a year ago in my etsy shop. You could say it was the beta version…
Now available for wholesale, it’s newly updated to include refined instructions with technical diagrams, a sewing term glossary, and expanded sizing. Sized from XS through XL to accommodate babies, little kids, big kids and adults. (and for those of you who have written to me with concerns about needing room for your generous craniums, I got ya covered!)
And as you know, the “make do” part of this is to encourage you to repurpose outgrown/second hand materials, as I did here with my son’s old cargo pants. I love being able to keep the original details, such as this pocket. If you’d like to purchase the PDF version of the Reversible Bucket Hat, it’s available in my etsy shop.
Now I’ve got to get packing for a weekend camping adventure with my sons’ Cub Scout pack! We are heading to the beautiful Cunningham Falls State Park. There will be hiking, fishing, s’more eating (my main motivation for going) and stories around the campfire.
Happy Weekend!
One of my absolute fave patterns! So impressed by all your hard work! Must buy one of these patterns to make for Matt! His shaved head needs hats! hmmmm. father’s day?
I love the hat.
