I guess I should stop wishing for snow now. I feel a little like I want a do-over of this winter. Like falling asleep during a movie and waking up when it’s over. Naps are nice, but I feel like I missed something.
Nature is definitely gearing up for spring! Yesterday I saw my first robin, and I’ve already witnessed a few bugs flying around. Guess that means I better be gearing up as well.

We haven’t had much of a winter either…and I’ve missed it. March 1 is way too early for all of this, but I guess whether or not I’m ready, spring is going to be here soon!
My daffodils are ready to open here within the next week and my crocuses are already half done. Everything’s got buds on it.
I feel sad we didn’t have a Winter here in Ohio either and just like you I feel like I missed something. It was like we just had an extended Fall without all the fun harvest and gatherings.

Ugh, I wish we were in that same boat. We just got a foot of snow yesterday!
I was noticing the signs of spring here, too, although they’re subtle in the Bay Area. Beautiful photos.
It’s so hard to believe spring is here so early this year….but I’ll take it! There’s nothing like an armful of daffodils and some sunshine to put some pep in your step.
