Hey! I’ve got a great new summery fabric print available in my Spoonflower shop! This had been a long time goal of mine, to translate some of my caran d’ache blendy floral drawings into fabric prints! Ok, so it’s only one print so far, but it’s so bold and splashy, I just had to share it right away.
Zinnia Mania This is printed on organic cotton sateen and the colors came out bright and rich. I’m thinking of stitching up a bucket hat to wear at the pool. This print would also look great printed on a canvas for a tote or patio pillows. That’s what’s so great about buying the fabric through Spoonflower, you decide what fabric you want the design on.
Of course, I’m partial to the organics and the Zinnia Mania print coordinates nicely with this sweet dot and gingham print from Clothworks which are also organic, coincidentally.
So beautiful!!! You’re making me want to sew so much!! No time : Don’t you just love those pencils? I’ve been using them for years.
Thanks, Laura! I actually use the crayon version most but I do have the pencils as well. My favorite art supply!
I love these, sis!
Thanks, bro! đ
Beautiful!
That poppy drawing in the background looks very nice. I hope you will transfer it into a print!
Maybe! I’ll work on perfecting my poppies this summer. đ
I love this! So bright and energetic!
Thanks! I can’t wait to sew something up with it.
