Earlier this month we finished up our Field Study Tote Sew-along. Today I’m sharing with you a few of the beautiful bags some of the participants made!

If you’ve joined the Betz White Sewing Pattern Forum on Facebook, perhaps you’ve already seen these bags, above! It’s such a treat to read about everyone’s experiences and see their fabric choices. Canvas, quilting cotton, wool, corduroy, you name it! This is such a versatile bag and everyone did a great job! (By the way, 2 lucky participants were chosen randomly and notified for their choice of 3 free Betz White Sewing Patterns!)

Karen made her Field Study Tote out of a yummy Pendleton Wool and waxed canvas, always a winning combination!

I’ve got a trip coming up later this week and I’m looking forward to putting mine to use. It will be perfect for carrying my laptop and other travel stuff on the plane and beyond.

Did you enjoy the sew-along? Would you be interested in another one this summer? Please comment and let me know!
