I’m excited to share my newest embroidery pattern, The Sunny Skies: Mini-Medley! What’s a mini-medley? It’s a collection of 4 sweet designs that are bite-sized projects.

Each motif is just the right amount of felt appliqué and embroidery. Easy to start, quick to finish! So cute together or separate, you decide! There’s a friendly gold finch, a darling little thistle, a gorgeous jewel-toned moth and a splashy sunflower.

All of these things remind me of clear skies on a breezy summer day!

While I love displaying projects in hoops, this mini-medley has so much more potential! I decided to use my four finished appliqués in a cute little patchwork mini-quilt!

I put created a brief video tutorial showing how it came together in a snap. Click >HERE< to watch! The video caption describes each step and gives measurement details.

I just love how it turned out!

I used some Liberty of London florals that picked up the lovely lavender and yellow color palette from the felt appliqués. You could also use fabrics in just one print, pattern or solid.

This would also make an amazing pillow front, don’t you think?

Grab the pattern from my shop if you’d like to stitch up your own Sunny Skies and create some patchwork! And I’m selling KITS too!
